Dull Skin
Dull skin can make someone appear tired, fatigued, and not rested. Certainly, several factors contribute to dull skin, however, the lack of radiance, poor light reflection, and sometimes discoloration can contribute to an aged appearance.
Some of the reasons for dull skin can include an acute illness or chronic health problems. However, one of the most common reasons is a build-up of dead skin cells and the skin turnover rate which slows over time. This contributes to the slow exfoliation of the skin. The dead cell build-up can make it difficult for proper skin care routines and products to penetrate the skin, making them less effective.
