Discounts & Cancellations

Discount Policy

  1. All specials and discounts are based on regular individual prices.
  2. One special or discount per person.
  3. One special or discount per treatment.
  4. Cannot be combined with any other offer.
  5. Special or discount is not transferable.

Appointment Policy

  1. 15-minute consultations are free. Each additional 15 minutes will cost $50 and can be applied to a future service.
  2. Treatment appointment cancelations must be made 24 hours before treatment appointment.
  3. A $50 fee will be charged to no show appointments or cancelations after our 24 hour requirement.

Refund Policy

  1. There are no refunds on services provided.
  2. No Returns on products purchased.

At Enrichment Skin Solutions we work with each client to discuss treatment objectives and review likely outcomes, benefits and risks associated with each treatment. Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person.  It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed — not for a specific result.  However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you.

Once services are purchased, they will not be refunded, however, to ensure our clients always receive the greatest experience at Enrichment Skin Solutions unused service values (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of a treatment package) can be applied to any other service at Enrichment Skin Solutions

All injectable treatment sales (such as, but not limited to Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, or facials) are final; refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed.

All treatments, procedures, and or pre-paid packages are non-refundable. Packages are non-transferable and must be used within two years from the date of purchase. Credit from pre-paid treatments, procedures, and or packages may be applied toward other forms of treatments(s) or product(s) only at management’s digression. Credit can only be given to and used by the purchaser only.
