For at least 7 days prior to your appointment, stop taking the following:

Be gentle when touching the treatment area, and avoid rubbing or touching your face unnecessarily. You should also avoid wearing makeup for around 24 hours, and stay out of direct sunlight for 2 to 3 days. In addition, avoid intense heat like hot tubs, saunas, sunbathing, or tanning for up to 48 hours after your session.

Following these instructions will help protect your developing results and ensure you get the most out of your restorative treatments with filler.
